I've been raiding the news for developments (and trying to skip over most of the ridiculous drama).
There's going to be a tribute that's for sure, probably at the 02 Arena.
They might even release the MJ's last rehearsal on DVD/CD since it was recorded in HD and with pretty good audio also.
They *should* release a BAD Concert DVD. They Must.
His mother had control over the kids and estate and then didn't and then sort of did again. Sigh.
Also, Blanket is unbelievably adorable. He makes me squee on the same level as Mameshiba and I don't even like children.
Also thrown myself into sewing (while plugged into MJ at unhealthy volume levels of course) since I have the time now (and probably won't when Uni starts). I've just wasted four days working on an incredibly frustrating top-half of a dress. I rushed into it with the wrong materials and insufficient planning. I looked at it close to completion and just thought, This Is Just Not Good Enough. It's my third try at doing clothing and probably the most challenging.
So I'm taking a break from needlework. The most I'll do is finish the gloves (another effed-up project since all the fingers and fit came out perfectly save for my blasted forth finger. RANT RAVE RAGE.)
Time to plan for that Taipei Trip and make my room unrealistically neat and organised. Meanwhile, some pictures from the Hoodie which *did* turn out alright despite a fabric shortage (also evidence of my CMI photography)
